January tutorials will be:
The little bird in the stirrup, thank you to Katy Ferrari for the photo. I will be creating the background of this piece too. My initial thinking is pastelmat board in dark grey because of the lovely blending abilities for the leather and the metal work. This will be classed as the focus.
The Pheasant, thank you to Sue Cross for this fab photo! It's as the crop here, so no tail feathers - but perhaps we could do a single pheasant feather as a draw along pice, together with a peacock feather? Again I'd like to create the background on this one, and I may go for a hot press paper. This will be classes as the full.
