Lightening parts of a really dark image using lightroom
Added 2020-08-14 15:21:58 +0000 UTCI was lightening this image for my next commission and thought I'd just video the process for you.
Masking off areas of the piece and lightening slightly so that I can see into the shadows.
Lightroom comes with Photoshop in a bundle you can pay around 9 euros a month for - well worth the price in my opinion :)
And - I'm going to be doing this piece on the new Lightfast paper! I will video parts of it to show you how I get on :)
The red spots in the white area is just lightroom showing where the image is completely blown out :)

You need to go into the second tab along - develop - thatβs where all the tools are π₯°
