Going over the neck with a tombow and picking out the tiny highlights, and using the Luminance Buff titanium to just lighten up areas - yes it works over the darks which is good - well to a certain extent.

Hi Lesley, you will have to be more careful with smooth paper, you're better isolating the highlights rather than constantly rubbing them out. But burnishing with luminance will definitly work :)
