White on Black Pony - Focus tutorial

I've used Fabriano Black Black A3 paper, but you can use any really black paper - even anthracite pastelmat if you want to, but I'd recommend a smoother darker paper or mount board.
I've suggested a few whites, but in the end stuck with pablo and museum aquarell, I started off using the polychromos black and then quickly realised that the kneadable eraser was a better bet for adding in the shadows.
