Today's Podcast episode assigns you a task, to find a number of small errors in the first 10 days of the series. I promised you a specific hint and it's this; there are three instances of this mistake to catch.

The training program we're currently working through has some flexibility in the schedule, and tomorrow might be centred on two new MCFs, or based on longer session that will be released at the same time... or it might concern something else entirely.
The two new MCFs were inspired by a naughty note sent to me last month. I read that note today (I'm still catching up on correspondence from late December) and immediately started writing.
Discipline is the most effective way to get things done, but motivation and inspiration can work wonders.
