It is a beginner-friendly session with themes of training, self-improvement and ownership. It motivates you think outside of the box.
The induction requests that you have two hand-sized objects nearby. You can play pretend if you absolutely have to.

I'd want to say personally that this headspace we have created is something special and this file.. Edit: But as far as feedback is concerned.. This file is great for those who are stuck and need a gentle push out of the mundane cycle. I'll be updating this post again if i feel like i missed something! Thank you again for this file and whatever good things you bring to this happy harem you've worked hard to make.
