What a way to start the month...
Added 2020-11-02 11:02:49 +0000 UTCI have somehow injured my upper trapezius area a couple days ago. The doc gave me the option of going in or him just ordering pain-killers. He seems sure of the diagnosis, so I'm going with pain killers. I will say that even for someone with a decent pain tolerance, this has sucked beyond words.
So .. no Eunoia this week and I'll likely be slow to answer notes/etc depending. It seems like it could just suddenly improve. I still have a Halloween trick or treat that'll just be a bit late.. :)
But overall I plan to do nothing that will further irritate that muscle and just rest. Taking pain meds isn't my happy spot - it always makes me incredibly sick-feeling.
Today is already a bit better than yesterday so fingers crossed!
