Features
- Drive: Drives the signal into the ceiling, up to 48 dB.
- Link (⫘): Links "Drive" to the output.
- Oversample: Enables 8x oversampling to reduce aliasing at the cost of higher CPU useage.
- Transfer Function: A visual indicator of the clipped waveform and the transfer curve being applied to it.
- Ceiling: Sets the level at which the peaks of the waveform will be clipped.
- Learn Peak Level: Click while playing audio. Listens to the audio for 5 seconds and sets the ceiling at the highest detected level. Useful to drive sounds without increasing their current maximum peak.
- Softness: Transistions smoothly from perfect hard clipping to tanh soft clipping.
- Mix: Controls the balance between the wet and dry signals for parallel clipping.
