I personally have no problem with people downloding backup copies (in fact those prevented some videos from being lost forever after the original youtube channel was taken down), and I'm sure there are streamrippers or browser plugins that can do just that. Just as per their terms of service, I'm not allowed to endorse those. I'm happy to have finally found a hosting service that doesn't constantly censor or nuke my content, so fingers crossed it stays that way.
