Quick question on color grading
Added 2020-11-08 21:55:54 +0000 UTCI'm experimenting with color grading settings again. Left is with a more natural grading, right is with a typical hollywood style orange and teal setting and some other effects. While the version on the right feels a bit more cinematic and makes the colors pop, I still somewhat tend towards the version on the left. Which do you prefer?

The difference is indeed mild. I may have stared at the images for too long and gotten lost in the process along the way. It was initially more dramatic, but I had already reduced the effect. I've been experimenting quite a lot with lighting lately and really hit the jackpot on one setting yesterday. Took 6 hours to render a 3 minute video, but it was so worth it!
