2019-09-27 17:48:48 +0000 UTCI pleasantly surprised by the hammer curling.usually with the dumbbell curls you can't see the biceps as the weights gets in the way.But with hammer curling,you get to see that lovely bicep pump.pls keep that in mind for future workout vids.Apart from that ,very nice work.
