Wow, I've finally reacted to Star Wars which I've never watched before but please do watch the intro to find out what spoilers I already know about the series.
MINI REVIEW: I really enjoyed watching this movie and I found the characters, humour and worldbuilding all quite fascinating. I think the costume and setting designers did well in creating a whole new world with lots of different species especially considering this was released in the 70s so that's pretty impressive and even the CGI scenes looked really good. I liked the plot too although I really didn't expect there to be a spaceship fight ending to it, I thought that this movie would focus on Luke training to be a Jedi or something but I still liked the conclusion and how Han Solo saved Luke at the last minute.
LOL I was completely confused about Obi Wan's death. Such a legendary character died so early on :( I thought he teleported lmao...until it was made clear by the characters that he's dead. My bad. I was hoping he would survive at least a bit longer :(
Darth Vader definitely seemed very intimidating especially with the choke holds he would do using the Force. That's some powerful stuff.
Also, loved the banter between C-3 PO and R2D2 lmao.
