I EDITED THIS MYSELF USING COPYRIGHT FREE STOCK IMAGES- Doesn't it look gorgeous? :D Even though I haven't even started officially writing the chapters, I decided to start thinking about book cover designs which the traditional publishers will do for me but I needed to think about what I wanted as well. So I created this UNofficial/Mock book cover to give me an idea and test out Canva- Canva is a FREE design online website where you can create your own book covers, headers, banners, images etc for anything that you're promoting or doing online. I found Canva to be quite limited (it was the free option...) so I used Microsoft Powerpoint to allow me to use better filters such as transparency and shape filters.
I don't have Photoshop because Photoshop costs a lot of money but I think Microsoft Powerpoint is great for editing a bunch of copyright free stock images to create a little teaser for you guys and as I said, to test out these online photo editing tools. What kind of story ideas can you get out of this? Lol. And yes, if and when I do get traditionally published, my author pen name will be S S Rouf, it's just my initials. It just sounds more professional.
