October 2020 Update - Dead in the Water

As most of you know I, Dapper Gent, quit working full time back in November of last year for personal reasons, which also let me dedicate more time to developing Tierwach. It's been quite the ride since. In March I doubled down on trying to learn coding and have burnt myself out on it multiple times. My attempts on coding slowed over the summer due to having to deal with real life issues, including my own personal health. Sadly, I have gotten practically nothing done in regards to coding, especially since I've been working on it for the better part of 11 months.
As of September I have reached the point of having to go back to work and will start working again starting next week. I doubt anything will come of me trying to learn coding but I will continue to do so as I have I'll have time to. In the meantime, I'll be saving up to hire a programmer so we can finally get the engine done. Briar Island will still be our initial target while we get all of the assets together for the main game.
But where it stands, we're dead in the water until we can get a programmer and finally enter actual production of the game. Our discord will still have irregular updates and reveals for and anything Briar Island related will be posted here.
Once more, thank you all for your continued patience and support. It's been a long, disappointing ride but we'll get there!
