Meet the two main characters, Lucas Wolfe and Sophie Kaiser, the childhood friends from Lichten, Eisenheim,

As per their custom, every civilian enlists in the military at 15 years old in Eisenheim. Lucas and Sophie were no different, though their enlistment happened a year apart. They are expected to serve 3 to 5 years with only a few going on to making it a career. When the Great War ended in a cease fire, the majority of each nation's military was discharged, per a mutual agreement between the remaining five powers. Lucas and Sophie were among the last to return from the front-lines and find a world that was adapting around them.

After arriving home, they meet with Professor Stein who directs them to the capital city where they are to be debriefed, discharged and introduced to the Training Circuit, where former soldiers and civilians alike can take part in training stronger Tiers. Lucas and Sophie set out to take on this new circuit, not knowing that a whole journey will unfold before them as they make the decision to become Freelancers or Statesmen.

Starting out, the two are sporting the traditional Eisenheim military ensemble; dress uniform and the sides of their heads shaved. As time goes on their uniform will be exchanged by civilian clothes and once more once they choose a side.

In this game there will be no set parties but characters will be reoccurring at key and fixed points. If choosing to play as Lucas, Sophie will be encountered in the world and vice versa.

We are planning to implement a character customization option so the characters can take on a personalized look but it may be a long while before we can do that.
