To fit both the Halloween theme, as well as your art style, I was thinking about the Celtic folktale character of Tam Lin- a beautiful elf who guarded over the woods of Carterhaugh and is typically described as having long gold hair, and clad in grey clothing and an emerald-green cloak (reminds me of Legolas now that I think about it 🤔) - who was set to be sacrificed as a tithe to hell by the Queen of the Fae on Halloween until he was rescued by his human lover Janet.
