Mumei the guardian of Civilization. She is a cinnamal roll of Hololive EN and so so sweet. Mumei is also a pretty skilled artist and quite a good singer. But there is something about Mumei that is not just right, like her outfit.

Other of her genmates are dressed to reflect their responsibility or significance, either adorn themselves in gold, insignia or accessories that related to their origin. But Mumei is appeared to be a normal traveller, showing no relation of herself to humanity or civilization as a whole. She's showing to have symptom of amnesia despite her duty is depending on her memory. She's appeared to be sweet and gentle despite civilizations as a whole are pretty bleak and cruel in her own lore. And also, some of her art is pretty... scary.

There are many hypotheses to explain on all of that, but in the end it's just a bare observation so there is no point. Beside, Mumei is cute and that's enough.
