The traditional Korean attire are in more modern and trendy styles. This is probably because this world is a fake, fantasy world! So, it makes it come across as an unordinary "historical" drama as their is no accuracy in any of the land, regions, leaderships, kingdoms, and the timeline. They're just having a little fun in stylistic choices in this magical cgi world ;)
