Congrats on passing the exam!!! Yeah, I see what you mean about the punishments, there's nuance to it and many variables, but I guess I more so think about when somebody gets locked in jail over accusations that end up being false (or gets their life ruined over lies). The accuser gets absolutely nothing for their harmful and intentional lies. I kinda dumbed it down to something much smaller in scale, and in that case, yes, that's too much.

Seriously, slow down man. - Si-eun and Baku. So different and yet, exactly the same. - The boss? There's someone else above Baek-jin? - I kinda get what you're saying with punishments for lying about a crime but I honestly don't think it should be quite as severe as it would be for the actual crime committed. Plus, you would have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the person did in fact knowingly and intentionally lie about the crime. And that is probably way more difficult than you might think. - Imma need Si-eun to open his goddamn mouth and actually explain to his mother what is actually happening. Sure, you could make the argument that she doesn't really listen or care about what he's experiencing. But considering that she has next to no information about the actual truth of what's going on, I can't really blame her for wanting to send her son abroad now. Si-eun needs to sit her down and force her to listen to him. - That's exactly it. NO ONE FUCKING TALKS TO ANYONE ABOUT THE SHIT THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS. - Please don't turn Baku into an antagonist, holy shit. - Jun-tae is an actual angel and if anything happens to him, I WILL throw shit. - Dark Baku is not what I want but I'd be lying if I said it isn't satisfying af to see him mess some goons up. - Good on Si-eun for telling Baku's father exactly how it is. - So Baku has (unwillingly) joined the dark side and our boys are getting Hyo-man's help to find him? Crazy shit. - Oh no. Gotak and Jun-tae are making a very big mistake going in there. - Thank you Si-eun, that's exactly what I was asking! Why does an academic genius like Baek-jin engage in organised crime like this? - Okay let's GO Baku staying on the right side of history! - Oh great, perfect timing with Su-ho now going into critical condition...
