Chibi Uruha Rushia (Draft extra)

There are lots of thing about Rushai that I can't talk, but mostly I still think she is very cute and need a little bit of comfort like head patting.
Rushia outfit is not complicated, but need a sharp care. Her clothes' butterfly thingy need to be made accurately or it would not work just right. I need to stay sharp.
