Chibi Shiranui Flare (Draft Extra)

Overall, Flare is pretty mature and chill. Her vibe is pretty blessing just like some particular chicken, at least for me though. The only bad thing is there are not much clip of her and I can not understand Japanese, yet.
One day I will, one day, just wait.
And out of all character, Flare is one of the hardest to draw. I need to add her chibi height so I can add everything there. The detail of her character would be a long hard work for me.
