Hololive girls are known to be much classy and kind than typical streamers but some of them can not going around the creepy cunning of collective chat (still they all know how to deal with chats anyway since chats are simp...)
However, this do not apply to Okayu. As far as I know, it is not easy to bully her, or at least she is not flinched by her chat. While she is not the only one with this trait, Okayu is still quite unique as she do not show a sign of obvious degeneracy while holding this trait with her.
In short, Okayu is really smart, and quite "seiso" and may steal people lunch sometime. Some said she is handsome, but I think she is cute in a cool way.
