Chibi Nekomata Okayu (Draft extra)

I know she is tomboy like some certain duck but both are completely a different breed. Not because one is cat and another is duck or who is more friendly, but Okayu has more charisma and, probably, has an abiliy to read other people mind - at least to some extend. She is very smart, maybe to the point of mastermind.
But that's just my speculation. Maybe she's just a normal cool cat girl and my instinct may not be that sharp.
For her outfit, I think it's not complicated but need a lot of care. I need to pay attention to her pants and more.
