yeah i think ppl was talking a lot about jiyoon, but i think besides of her behavior mnet editing makes it seem worse, i mean whats an mnet show without some evil editing, i dont want to spoil but you ll see as the show progress. Nevertheless she is so talented and love her vocals
- so I've already seen the show and I know the members of IZNA. but my favorites based on my first impressions (their performance, their beauty and their personality I already had 6 or 7 favorites)
1 Fuko I find her very sweet, cute, pretty and already quite professional. very maternal with the youngest.
2 Bang Jeemin I knew her from her previous survival show and already at the time I was very disappointed that she was not selected to debut.
3 Jeong Saebi this girl is luminous on stage we see how much she enjoys being on stage naturally born to be an idol
4 Kim Sujung I knew her by reputation and knew that she was a very good dancer I was eager to see her in action.
5 Nam Yuju I also knew her from Cap-teen and I love her she was also eliminated like Somi due to her young age. Which is a lame excuse in my opinion because if she is too young why make her participate in Cap-teen in the first place. Especially if it is to tell her afterwards that she has potential but she is too young. Like many I am against the fact that idols start too young. The pressure is too great, just don't make them participate in survival shows until a certain age.
- 6 Yoon Jiyoon I love her voice and I find her to have a particular charm
- 7 Ryu Sarang I am not very objective I find her very charming it is the first thing that struck me. They are my 7 favorite girls and it stayed like that all show.
- I was quite disappointed by the song that Black Label gave them. frankly they didn't bother taking the samples of Final countdown by "Europe" and remixing them barely I found it not great. especially since I heard final countdown hundreds of times as a Wrestling fan because it was Brian Danielson's intro music at ROH DG may have been the reference. on the other hand the choreography of the song is super cool
- indeed IVE also took the samples of an iconic song but I found the changes and the remix more inspired, the lyrics were also pretty cool
- at this point in the show it's hard to say who deserves more than the other to be center because most of them could do the job with enough work and desire. for this performance I would have seen Jeemin, Juwon, Sarang or Sujung as center. let's say that Jungeun took advantage of the chance to be the leader and chose her first. most of them would have probably done the same. Yuju did the same thing with the grounders finally Juwon became center
-the intermediate checks are done precisely to correct what needs to be corrected. for me the grounders have better mastered the choreography but vocally it was a disaster. exact Yuju received individual compliments but I think that even if she must feel reassured about her own performance she may have thought that her leadership skills were not good.
- of course always a pleasure to see LEEJUNG in a program she is a sun.
- LOL DG you have a lot of "friends" on your channel who would surely be delighted to make a film with you. and I am sure that even among your close ones you have people who would be for it.
- Juwon did an excellent job as center she carried the performance for me she is the MVP Jungeun is the second she did a very good job of vocal hand. the performance was clean .
- the grounder performance was a little better for me . their mistakes were really minimal . if the judges hadn't pointed them out no one would have noticed . for me the facial expressions were cool the choreography too and Yuju had a super strong gaze .

Oh damn, you're right. I looked it up and it's indeed μ μ¬λ. Where are they getting that R from?

About Ryu Sarang, the romanization of her name should be Yoo/Yu instead of Ryu. (So when watching the show I often called her Yoo Sarang instead). If I understand correctly the character can also sometimes be used as Ryu in some cases but the actual character of her name isnβt the same as Ryu in Ryujin.

- Signal song produced by Teddy? Don't you mean Kevin Elson? ;)
- In all seriousness though, this is probably my favourite example of an 80s sample being used in kpop. I mean, The Final Countdown is one of the most iconic songs in all of music history. And for good reason. And what they did with it here is nothing short of amazing.
- Called it, Jungeun's the leader. Who else would it be.
- Man, these subtitles are not good. Constantly misspelling their names and often using the wrong pronouns. I've seen Ryu Sarang being spelt as Ryu Se Lang and Ryu Simlang here. Those aren't even alternative romanisations, those are just completely different names altogether. Ffs, is it that hard to get their names right?
- But thank you for getting rid of the round corners so that we can see all of the subtitles.
- This is a super though choreo, obviously they're not gonna have it down at the first evaluation.
- From main vocal down to part 11 is rough.
- Oh damn, they're actually tying their shoes for real in the choreo. I thought they just mimicked the movements π
- Hey, I would love to be your friend you can make a movie with :D I'm actually quite a decent actor. Only problem is, we do live pretty far away from each other π
- OOHH THE TWIST and the way the whole room lights up!
- And on the second one the entire camera rotares upside down, Jesus. I need to see this performance again without the reaction shots.
- That was fantastic. Great decision to switch the parts around. Song's already in my playlist of course.
- Considering how harsh these scores were in S1, 75 as the worst score is not actually all that bad.
- Jungeun continues to completely dominate.
- While the technical skill of the Grounders overall might be lower, I can see a lot of determination from most of them.
- Yeah, there was no way Yuju wasn't moving up to I-Land.
- The Ryu in Ryu Sarang is exactly the same as in Ryujin. (Edit: I have been made aware that her name is actually μ μ¬λ which would be pronounced as Yoo/Yu Sarang. Where they're pulling that extra R from, I have no idea)
- Ohh, I hope Jiyoon doesn't blame Jungeun for this.
