- Go Hara man I'm so happy to see her again. She is still one of my favorite idols of all time. Simply because Kara is one of the groups that made me love kpop in the first place. And Hara was my favorite member in the group. When she started having problems with domestic violence and harassment I was very sad when she died I was inconsolable R.I.P
She was very funny in this episode.
- Song Jihyo is not only a permanent member of the cast since this episode but she is the most effective member. During the first years of the show her name was (The ace) she won many games, and was the center of interest of many men in the show whether they were cast members or guests. During the years she was also part of the (Monday couple with Gary) the interactions between the 2 were really adorable and very appreciated by the spectators. she is also very angry and nervous these bickering with Kwang-soo are legendary. they are a bit like brothers and sisters who do not stop bickering.
- yes it is incredible the lifespan of this show. it is of course thanks to the cast of the group but also and especially thanks to the writers of the series who have incredible creativity, running man is also a show that has received a lot of awards more than 70 awards to date this goes from the individual award received by Jae-suk or Kwang soo for example, to the award for best show, most original show, best written show, show with the best audience, or with the greatest longevity etc ....
-whatever the decision taken for the show DG I advise you of course to watch the show by yourself also on your free time because there are so many gems that choosing 10 or 15 episodes among the 730 is too difficult for me however I strongly suggest the episodes with Bae suzy who is one of the godmothers of the show and one of the celebrities who participated in the greatest number of episodes during the first years of the show. -Bar suzy episodes 55,93,94, 117, 155, 172,173, 208,

I think the best part about the first season/episodes is to see the relationship that the main cast develops. Yes some of them were good friends/colleagues before the show started but they really did come together as one team. That's what makes the show so entertaining. It took them a while to get close and Song Ji Hyo even mentioned that it took her over a year to feel close to the cast (understandable since she was the only female cast) but I think they all worked hard to develop a strong relationship which literally build the show to what it is today. I love seeing their awkward/unsure interactions as they grow closer. And yes for many groups/long-running shows, members keep the polite and professional relationship and that is totally fine but with running men you can really see that they transitioned to that close family bond that is rare to see these days.

- Song Ji-hyo. Actress. Her name is easy to remember because it's the same as Twice's Jihyo π. She will soon become part of the regular Running Man cast.
- The old guy's name btw is the same as BTS' member: Seok-jin (Jin)
- Goo Hara. Yes, she was part of KARA and very unfortunately took her own life π. For me personally, it doesn't bother me that much to watch her content. For me, it's a nice reminder of what she was like.
- Gwang Soo instead of Kwang-soo. Yeah, it's a romanization thing. The γ± at the start of his name should normally be romanized as a "g" (for a "k" there's the γ ), but I think koreans are free to decide what their romanized name should be. So, his official name is Kwang-soo, but if you would translate/romanize his korean name, then it would be Gwang-soo, or Gwang-su even.
- This was a very fun episode. I just love the Gary photo's π
- Here are already some recommended episodes, because I probably won't remember when the poll arrives π
- 576. With Yeji (ITZY) and Bibi. Has a Squid Game game.
- 216. It's one of the Superhero episodes.
