For real, firmarms in Factorio are probably one of the most accurate one ever. But judging the engineer only shoots bugs at a size of a car at nearly point blank, then... maybe not.
Well, to be honest. As someone who used to be trained to shoot guns, I can tell you that shooting guns are not easy as in video game. It required highly discipline, cool head, and mental strength to hold gun and fire. Not mention an amount of knowledge to maintain and handle the gun. Adjusting an iron sight is also required a lot of math and experiment, which I would rather gave up.
Well, to think about it, my life used to be fun.
