2024-07-02 09:14:29 +0000 UTCI never had a problem with your reaction in season 1, all your points were valid anyway. And I'm really glad that you thorougly enjoyed season 2. The final fight scene was so cool and I love how they tied all the loose ends just like in the first season. Theres actually a season 3 in the webtoon so I hope in the future they will also renew the drama for another season. I initially watched your reactions mainly because of Kim Sejeong but ended up appreciating all the characters and this series even more. :)

2024-07-01 21:32:07 +0000 UTCa bit late to watch but been busy, will say my piece :) about the spin-off (uncanny So-mun), the show is more literally named wonderous/Uncanny SoMun (rumor is the papago, don't actually know the word), it is just translated/interpreted as Uncanny Counter. I already linked you a show where Kang Ki-Young (Hwang) is interviewed as part of the promotion for season 2, along with Sejeong, I will link again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JnxBRT9455I&ab_channel=%EC%A1%B0%ED%98%84%EC%95%84%EC%9D%98%EB%AA%A9%EC%9A%94%EC%9D%BC%EB%B0%A4 I don't speak for anyone other than myself, but I prefer opinionated reactors way more than hype reactors, it is not all rainbows, and somethings are a bit tropy, it is fine with me if you call it out, that you enjoy it enough to fully watch and engage with speaks to overall quality, so that is a positive. I honestly prefer a more honest approach, if you only hype and agree on all the positives with me, it feels kinda pointless to watch a reaction, as I can do that myself, what I do enjoy is watching a show I like or don't know along with someone else, and that will always bring conflicting opinions, as long as it is well formulated and kind hearted, that is a net positive

At the end of the day, it's all just TV. To me it doesn't really matter where a show was produced or what language it's in. A good show is a good show. - For them having only four minutes left they're sure doing a lot of standing around. - Ha-na delivering the Knee of Justice! - So about that countdown. Is that still on? Because surely it's been well over four minutes at this point. - That summoning was awesome! - I can't really blame Ma Ju-seok for not wanting to go on after this. Reminds me a bit of the ending of Inception. I don't care if this is a dream as long as I can be with my family. Only, here we KNOW it's not real and the illusion is already collapsing. - Next season: The Uncanny So Mun – World Tour - Honestly, that was rude af from So Mun. “Nah, I'm not gonna have a coffee from your establishment, I just ate this candy I brought myself” 🤨 - Oh wow, how did he even find her? Or more importantly, how did he even KNOW that Jade was Wi-gen's daughter? - Eh, I prefer his longer hair. - So both seasons end with them in suits. Neat. I really enjoyed watching this show with you :) A lovable cast of characters, great villains, great action. It was really nice to see this Korean take on a superhero show. I'm kinda over Marvel at this point so this was really nice and refreshing. If we get another season, awesome! But if not then I'm still very satisfied with what we have.

What's good about our dramas is that we take the time to finish well with a long epilogue where Western series often rush to their ends. this was the case for GOT for example which would have deserved 1 or 2 additional episodes. - we have a real ending, all the stories and subplots have an ending - the end of Ha-na's story, that of Mrs Chu, the epilogue of Ma ju-seok -no DG you are wrong the episode says it clearly Ma ju-seok is only accused of the murders of Mr Park and Hwang pil gwang 2 criminal who abused his wives and dozens of other people Hwang also committed several crimes but Ju-seok didn't kill any innocent people. even the press saw Hwang's murder. the police officers at whom he threw a coin are not dead so he is going to prison for these 2 murders. with a good defense which pleads for the fact that he is only avenging his wife it will not be too hard to have a reduction in sentences he should serve a maximum of 5 years in prison. - there probably won't be another season, it's just not our way of doing things. of course there is always potential to do other seasons it is easy to find new villain, new issues but generally we like to do drama over 1 or 2 seasons. -in the end it made me happy to see you react to this series DG I think you like it and that you like the different characters in the series.
