MOS game - Part 4 Episode 4 released, v.14.21.4

About the 14th - final episode:

You will have a great time with Casey in this episode. You will then have a serious conversation with Sam about your past and future. I hope this will be of interest to you. Well, then you will do some more nice things with Casey that she did not expect from you :-)

This episode will add 165 pictures and 11 animations to the game. The approximate play time for this episode is 25-30 minutes.

Have a good time playing the new episode!

As much as I was sorry to tell you this, but this is the last episode of this game. I originally envisioned this game as a prologue to the main, big game with this character in the lead role. But when I was writing the script, it got out of my control :-). And a short prologue turned into this almost full-fledged game for 6 hours of playing time. And the development time is almost a whole year.

At this point, the script I wrote a year ago has come to an end. And I could probably continue to invent new stories and expand this game, but I conceived it as a complete story. Which would reveal to you the character of the main character and also introduce you to other characters of this and future game.

By the way, do not rush to leave... I would like you to know what I will do next and how important your participation in the development of the continuation of this game is for me.

What's next? I'll write a short plan for you in the meantime. Tomorrow, Sunday, I will write a long and detailed post about future plans.

So about the plan:

• First, I will wrote plan of the script;
• Then, according to the plan prepared by me, I will write the script itself;
• In parallel with this, I will work on characters - this is modeling, texturing, selection of hairstyles, etc.;
• When the script is finished, I will start making locations for the game - houses and apartments, shops, cafes and restaurants, places of work and rest;
• And at the last stage, I will start doing the first episode, day or several of the first events - what exactly, it will be up to you to decide.

Now about your help. I am going to be very active in sharing with you the stages of preparing a new game and I want to consult with you on how you would like me to do certain things in the game. Starting with the details of the plot, appearance and characters of the characters and ending with the design of locations, if you are interested, of course.

Don't think that I forgot about porting the game to a new engine. In fact, I have almost completely prepared it. In the next 2-3 weeks, you will receive the first part. It will contain the first 4 episodes of the original game with tweaks and bonus pictures.

В этом эпизоде вы прекрасно проведете время с Кейси. Затем у вас будет серьезный разговор с Сэм о вашем прошлом и будущем. Я надеюсь, что это будет интересно вам. Ну а затем вы сделаете с Кейси еще некоторые приятные вещи, которые она не ожидала от вас :-)

Как бы мне не было жаль это сообщать вам, но это последний эпизод этой игры. Я изначально задумывал эту игру как пролог к основной, большой игре с этим персонажем в главной роли. Но, когда я писал сценарий, это вышло из под моего контроля :-). И коротенький пролог превратился в эту, почти полноценную игру на 6 часов игрового времени. И временем разработки почти в целый год.

На данный момент сценарий, который я написал год назад, подошел к концу. И я бы мог, наверное, продолжать выдумывать новые истории и расширять эту игру, но я задумывал ее, как законченную историю. Которая бы, раскрыла вам характер главного персонажа и также познакомила с другими персонажами этой и будущей игры.

Кстати, не торопитесь уходить... я бы хотел, что бы вы узнали о том, что я буду делать дальше и насколько для меня важно ваше участие в разработке продолжения этой игры.

Что дальше? Я пока напишу короткий план для вас. Завтра, в воскресенье, я напишу большой и подробный пост о дальнейших планах.

Итак о плане:

• Сначала я буду составлять план сценария;
• Затем по подготовленному мной плану, я буду писать уже собственно сам сценарий;
• Параллельно с этим я буду работать над персонажами - это  моделинг, скининг, подбор причесок и т.д.;
• Когда сценарий будет закончен, я начну делать локации для игры - дома и квартиры, магазины, кафе и рестораны, места работы и отдыха;
• И на последнем этапе, я начну делать первый эпизод, день или несколько первых событий - что именно, это будете решать вы.

Теперь о вашей помощи. Я собираюсь очень активно делиться с вами этапами подготовки новой игры и хочу советоваться с вами о том, как бы вы хотели, что бы я сделал те или иные вещи в игре. Начиная с деталей сюжета, внешности и характеров персонажей и заканчивая дизайном локаций, если вам будет это интересно, конечно.

Вы не думайте, что я забыл о портировании игры на новый движок. На самом деле, я уже почти полностью подготовил его. В ближайшие 2-3 недели вы получите первую часть. Она будет содержать первые 4 эпизода оригинальной игры с исправлениями и бонусными картинками.
