Eversince 1st Gen K-Pop (or even the basic Entertainment industry), there has always been Sasaengs (obsessive fan who acts in ways that invade the privacy) both Korean and International versions of it. But it was more open before than it is today most probably because of SocMed. I've always missed the good old variety show days and "We Got Married" seasons of previous generations coz at least we can see both idol genders interacting and having fun (still a Joy & Sungjae stan). That is why this Sana & Dex interaction is such breath of fresh air honestly.

2024-06-10 16:41:47 +0000 UTC- Even though this episode is funny and entertaining on its own, I think it would be even better if you had watched another episode first (with a female guest). That way you would've seen that Dex is usually very comfortable and confident, and has a lot of rizz, as ppl say nowadays. And also the girls all really want to be on this show and swoon over him. What makes this episode stand out is the role-reversal: Dex being shy and flustered while Sana being flirtatious. - I don't think it was me that pointed out JYP being the most ok with their idols dating. Although I might agree with it, I usually try to draw a line between an idol's public and private life. Their dating life is not that interesting to me. Also, I usually don't like to "rank" things. - Speaking of Karina, she was on Hyeri's Hyell's Kitchen recently. Was a nice episode. - Jokbal = pig's feet (trotters). I know Momo loves it 😄 (I think that was at least mentioned in Sixteen). But for me, whenever I hear jokbal, I think of Sujeong (Lovelyz) on Idol Drama Operation Team, where she had to act like an idol who's obsessed with jokbal 😅 - "the bread is baked well. It's crispy". That bread didn't look baked at all 😅 - since they already plated the risotto before they even started to make the bread bun, it must've been already cold when they started tasting it. And I REALLY dislike eating cold hot food. Such a waste. - Yeah, apart from the flirting, it's also a nice chill show. - I agree with you that we need more gender-mixed content. But I think it's already getting better, slowly: More and more female idols have their own shows (Eunchae, Chaeyeon, Eunbi, Kep1er, etc.) that can have male guests. Also the tiktok challenges help with male-female interactions. Etc.
