Squid Game Episode 6 - REACTION

I hate myself for predicting the exact way that some of these characters were going to die...

Squid Game Episode 6 - REACTION

Finally, I get a chance to watch! Man, this is the most heart-wrenching episode of the show. No matter how many times I see it, I cry like a baby all the time 🥲 The worst one for me is the two girls, because they actually talk to each other, and then she gives up because she has nothing to come back to 😢 Also, you asked if she actually said 'boomers'. She said 'kkondae' in Korean, which basically means boomers, so yeah 😅

Want another "fun" fact about this episode? One team was husband and wife (~20:22).

About don’t seeing the old man die… tbh we also didn’t saw Ali get shot just hear it so I don’t think there’s any meaning behind it🤷‍♀️

-I think Marcel is wrong for me. equality in the Dalgona games is not having the same cookies (otherwise there would be no games) but that everyone is aware of the rules and the fact that certain patterns are harder to cut than to cut 'other . Afterwards it's a question of skill. and of course from this point of view there will inevitably be inequalities. some may have poor eyesight, hands that shake due to one illness or another or simply will not be able to cope with the tension. all the games in the world carry an element of inequality. For me the organizer(s) does not respect their own rule of fairness, it is when they allow the thug to take the share of food from other participants, or when they let kill each other outside of “games”. because it is not a question of "equality" but of the law of the strongest. - this episode is the best of the season, it's a real masterclass. The game seems super simple and boring but the tension is high, the fact of organizing peers to compete against each other before they even know it is pernicious and brilliant. When they asked you to form a team or a duo for a reflex game, you chose your best friends or your brothers but they chose the people they would have to kill to survive. This episode is heartbreaking and we see the true nature of everyone. but can you judge them?? A lot of people hated Sangwoo for what he did to Ali. clearly it was disgusting but it was a question of life and death, Gi-eun acted the same way with Il-nam (the old man) he used trickery and his illness to deceive him. but it was a matter of life and death I don't blame Sangwoo or Gi-eun but we see that even the best among us by survival instinct can become horrible and manipulative to survive. -DG you seem obsessed with it being fair. This game is as fair or unfair as any other game. 2 people have 10 marbles and play to take the marbles from the other. the fact that they like each other or not, whether they are married or female, or not does not take away the "fair" side of the game, it is just the fact that the players do not have the choice of playing against people they like. but even if Gi-eun had played against the thugs the rules would have been the same. - the girls shined in this game, they had more balls than all the other players, respect to them. Ji-yeong was a great character, I got attached to her very quickly. but all the people are very endearing Sae-byok, Ali, Il nam, Gi-eun and Sangwoo are very good characters.

I was debating whether or not I should warn you about the heavy nature of this episode but I decided against it for sake of avoiding potential spoilers. - Whoever created these games certainly has some kind of god complex, complete with their own ideology of „morality“ and „equality“. - Han Mi-nyeo acts like a total ass to everyone and then wonders why she gets left behind. Surprise! - Oh shit - Hey, these are supposed to be children's games after all. The nostalgia finally got to you too :) - And there it is :/ - Daniel, you're 30. You're a millennial. By definition you're about two generations too young to be a boomer. Don't overthink it 😄 - Ali is just way too trusting for his own good. - And this is the episode where I lost all sympathy for Sang-woo. - It is heartbreaking but I can't really fault Gi-hun for exploiting the old man's dementia in a life or death situation like this. - Isn't it ironic how Sang-woo, who was about to commit suicide before he got the invitation, is now betraying the kindest man in order to stay alive at all costs? - „Thanks for playing with me“ Ji-yeong's death is the one that hits me the hardest. Perhaps because she's the only one who decides to go out with a smile.. - This is the most emotionally gutwrenching episode of the show. I think I managed to keep myself together pretty well this time but this is also my fourth or fifth watch of Squid Game.
