Thanks for the great reaction! Watching this show with you is really so much better. The nice thing about the votes getting reset is that now the middle level popular girls who have gotten more time to shine than in the beginning might have a chance now, but we'll see what happens. The current top 7 is insanely amazing already There's a show that doesn't have any eliminations, but it's hard to watch outside of Korea. The official network put up all the performances on their youtube channel, though, so that's awesome to watch. It's Double Trouble by watcha. Hyolin worked on it right before Queendom 2 and Jiwoo from KARD is also in it as well as other incredible artists. There could be a season 2 with the same cast after Inseong comes back from military service this year

You know when people say that Nayeon is just meant to be an idol. Or that she's the definition / blueprint of an idol. Making people comfortable around her, easy to get along with, born center. Somi has a bit of that too. But the part where I said this about Nana was when she made her speech after she heard she was in the top 7. She did that very good. All that time being an MC paid off here.

2023-07-28 23:13:40 +0000 UTCSo I've only just caught up with the episodes. TBH, my interest went down just a bit. It seemed like an interesting concept when mnet first announced it but I don't care for the format of the show. It feels kinda messy, especially with the points system which I agree in the thinking that by the end of the show those points will prove themselves meaningless. As far as the eliminations, Seoyeon's seemed the most fair. As much as I liked her she's definitely not at the same caliber as the others. There's still a lot of learning for her to do which I'm sure will come with time. Also, she's going back to a very promising (and busy!)group whereas some of these idols have already been dealt a bad hand in their career and are looking for another chance and others are in groups that don't seem to get a lot support from their company. I felt bad that when Chaerin got eliminated my first thought was 'who?'. No fault of her own, but I completely forgot she was there. I didn't know who most of these people were coming in to this but now I know their names and groups so it's not from being inattentive on my part. I just think Mnet gave her the least screen time of anyone. I did happen to guess correctly that she was from Cherry Bullet right before she said it though so I'm giving myself a little credit. Not much to say about the others. Soeun was probably my biggest loss though. I think Hwiseo has officially moved into my favorite spot which surprises me bc she didn't really catch my attention at first. I still need to check out H1-Key and I definitely will. I did check out Woo!ah though and for now their music is...unfortunately not what I tend to gravitate towards(for now at least). Nana's too much of an ace to ignore though so I hope the group is able to find more success in the future.

2023-07-28 19:35:32 +0000 UTCit's seems than we got all the same impression i'am happy for Yuki i love her . but i'am surprise than she in a top 7 instead of Bora or Fye . nana reminds you Nayeon ?? who Nayeon from Twice ??? because for most people she reminds more Irene , first because of her visual but also because she can Dance well , rap , sing , wrote etc... Nayeon can't rap . so i think you speak about another one . and yes Sangah elimination sucks . but personaly i really like this top 7 if they debut with this line up i'am happy . even if mayne combinaison can be really cool to .

My favourite. - Nice trip down memory lane before they rip five contestants away from us. - I now have four people on firm lock with Nana, Bora, Hwiseo and Dohwa. And since we're getting a vote every day now, I just rotate around with the other three votes. - Fye is still pronounced with an F. „Pai“ is just the Korean pronounciation because the Korean language doesn't have an F sound. - Head empty, pink Hwiseo. - Video layout is pretty good but I'm not sure about that "bulge" of your facecam. It intrudes on the video you're reacting to a bit. Which isn't a huge deal most of the time but sometimes it cuts off part of the subtitles and that's quite noticable. - The name of this group is the worst one I have ever seen in all my time with this genre and that's saying something. - Like you say, going up against Bora and Kei reminds me of stumbling across the level 130 superboss in Xenoblade 2, while the max level cap of my own party is 99. - I had a dream the night before I watched this episode. Parallel to Queendom Puzzle, they'd start another season of regular Queendom, with full groups and everything. But some contestants were also just straight up western artists like Beyoncé. And the sole MC was the guy who hosted Queendom 2 with Taeyeon. I thought it was all pretty weird. - That's rough. Queendom team didn't win even once. - Excuse me Soeun but how exactly does Puzzlin' feel like a Day6 song? - I really need people to stop censoring the phrase „I don't give a fuck“. Either drop the f-bomb or don't use that phrase at all. - Another breakup for Kei and she immediately wants to run back to her previous ex 🤨📸 - Good to see that Mnet's attempts to paint Bora and Yeonhee as rivals have failed. - Can I tell you about the insane LOVE I have for Bobby? I liked him before but seeing this force of nature live was such an unforgettable experience. He is such an explosion on stage that this iKON concert sometimes felt more like Bobby + friends. And that's not a diss against the other members, Bobby is just that overpowering. Imagine the performances you've seen on Kingdom. Now multiply that by 10. That's the experience of seeing Bobby in person. Beastmode. - This Garden guy reminds me of Yoo Seungeon from Boys Planet. - tripleS Seoyeon was probably filming the MV for the next subunit LOVElution. Since the first teaser pictures are already out, I'm predicting an August release. This girl is REALLY busy. - Ryan Jhun is one of the most established (and imo best) producers in Kpop. He absolutely knows what he's talking about. So when he says that Jihan is a better fit for main vocal, I trust him. - You know the Mnet formula. Get them crying and then throw them out. - Funny story about how Fye was scouted for Queendom Puzzle. Someone from Mnet sent her a DM on Instagram. And it apparently looked so suspicious that she first thought it was a scam. - „I really want Sangah to make it“ Me, with the knowledge: 🫥 - Alexa, play I'll Make You Cry by aespa - MNET YOU HAD 5,253 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE A NAME FROM AND YOU WENT WITH THIS ABOMINATION? - DG, this wasn't 5k votes, this was 5k different individual names that were sent in. That is A LOT. And somehow Mnet went with what must have been the worst one of them all. - Yuki is visibly confused and Fye isn't even making an attempt to hide her disappointment - We HAVE to get all of the results in the episode. All of the remaining episodes are live broadcasts with eliminations. - Yuki sad Top 9 in her speech. Been watching a bit too much Boys Planet? - This is a great top 7 but I'm noticing a severe lack of Bora and Dohwa. I do like the idea of having two rappers, it didn't really occur to me before. - Why are you so surprised that they're doing it all in this episode? It's a live broadcast. The next one is in two weeks. Logistically, they're not able to postpone the eliminations by two weeks when the NEXT round of eliminations is to take place then. - I'm actually very okay with Seoyeon getting eliminated. During Queendom Puzzle she was also on all of the music shows promoting Cherry Talk and Touch with tripleS +(KR)ystal Eyes. And now she's in the middle of preparing the next comeback. She's busy enough as is so it's actually very good that she now has one thing less to worry about. And she doesn't really look that upset. - Yes, they will have to reshuffle a bit. In this case one person from I Do needs to go to i DGA. - Chaerin's elimination is also not that surprising. Her first performance (Chungha Bicycle) wasn't good and after that she got almost no screen time. - JooE stings. Before this show started I actually had her in my top 7. I feel like she didn't do herself any favours with the Sunmi 24 Hours cover in the first round and it cost her a lot of votes. But she has been great since then. That sucks. I worry about her. She has no company to back her, I have no idea what she's gonna do moving forward. - Sangah is the elimination that hurts the most. Easily. I think I said once that she unexpectedly turned out to be my favourite rapper on this show. That statement still stands. To not have her here anymore is just awful. But this is also my cue to call out Cube. HEY CUBE YOU FUCKERS. GET LIGHTSUM OUT OF YOUR DUNGEON PRONTO. GIVE THEM A COMEBACK. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR. - Yes, I'm glad that Dohwa and Fye made it. But at what cost? First Sangah and now Soeun too? Eurgh. Also, IST ENTERTAINMENT GIVE WEEEKLY A COMEBACK YOU CUCKS. THE HIATUS HAS BEEN EVEN LONGER THAN LIGHTSUM. - In regards to Sangah, I guess you gotta put Lightsum on your reaction list now. You could even do all of their MVs if you want, they only have three after all: Vanilla, Vivace and Alive. My personal favourite of these is Vivace. Only if you have the time of course.

2023-07-28 15:06:38 +0000 UTCwhen they showed soojin crying when they announced soeun's elimination 💔 about the results/scores, since they've given the audience the advantage to vote ofc they could be biased (popularity etc) since most of them are fans of certain members like how some of them have solid fanbases which was why i was hoping they should have had professional judges instead so i bet the scores/results could have been different

Also love Yeonhee's new hair (color). - Nana honestly gets pushed so much. Yes she's great. No need to show her 3 times while some others weren't shown at all. - Oh you heard the group name already? When it got revealed on this show and they said it was the name that ppl voted the most for, all I thought was "what is wrong with these people??". These kind of names are so cringe to me. 40 years ago ppl thought Leetspeak was cool. We soon realized it wasn't. I guess Korea is behind on this point. 7h1s s3nt3nc3 = s0 c001 😑 - Yeah, I was ok with the dance battles going either way. I just hoped Queendom would get at least 1 win. - So these were the total scores for this round: Rush Hour vs Weekend: 253 vs 133 If We Ever Meet Again vs Hopeless Romantic: 208 vs 178 Wannabe vs Time Of Our Life: 217 vs 169 Bad Blood vs Overwater: 245 vs 155 Web vs Glow-up: 223 vs 177 - Of course I wasn't happy with these numbers. Some of them should have been at least a lot closer. - Nobody was ever gonna win against Kei and Bora, but that one actually had the smallest difference, and rightfully so. - "Maybe she wants something completely different?". Even if that's what Bora wanted (like Jiwon before), that's unfortunately not going to happen, since the teams were determined by the voters, so pretty much everyone gets allocated to what 'suits' them, which is very based on what they are known for / their usual image. - I realized it doesn’t really matter to me how the teams are mixed. Every combination looks great 😅 - Yeah, it's nice they showed some footage of a caring Bora for once. - 7 parts, 2 overlays, because there will be eliminations? What if the 5 eliminations are from 1 team?? - Like you, I also still think this system is so dumb: to have ppl prepare songs which they don't get to perform, and the others have to adjust 😑 - An mv for Rise Up? 😲 Great idea! - Millions of votes and only 5000 name opinions? 🤔 Maybe a translation thing and 5000 unique names were submitted and voted for? Either way, that name is garbage. Looks like a password or a bad math equation 😑 I'm already looking forward to all the struggles ppl will have writing this name... - Fye's confused expression is gold! 😂 - Lol, DG wondering whether 40 minutes will be enough for these results 😂 Something that could be done in 2 minutes. I guess you're fully attuned to Mnet time 😋 - I do have to say that Nana is such a complete idol. Sing, dance, rap, mc, she just shines, always. Reminds me a little of Nayeon. - 😈 = MC Taeyeon - Yuki in top 7 was a bit of a surprise to me. The rest wasn't. - When Chaerin got eliminated I could almost hear you think: "who?". Not that I have a problem with her elimination but her screentime has been abominable. - Yeah, Sangah and Soeun were a little bit of a surprise. But also not. It was always gonna be hard.

2023-07-28 12:40:01 +0000 UTC-I agree even if there is always a meaning with the name of the groups I always have trouble with the name of group which carries numbers or which sounds bad. -for the semi-final I am split between the I DO team and the I DGA team. most of my biases are in these 2 bands and i like both songs. - we could have the same surprises as during the 2nd season of Queedom where Hyolin was obviously ultra favorite and well known for being an exceptional main vocals. but she lost. I think Bora and Kei are not immune either Jihan is a very good vocalist WEEEKLY has an exceptional vocal line too bad Monday is not in the show. -I also wrote a letter of support and put it in the box. I could have written one to many girls. but I wrote it for Juri because for me she spends her time taking care of others and creating a positive atmosphere. But I don't think many people do the same for her. - for the eliminations I am surprised and a little disgusted. why put eliminations now? it's not a survival show it's a competition there is nothing to lose for them they are all already part of a group (except Fye). I'm surprised Sangha and Soeun got eliminated. some girls got very little screen time and were barely seen speaking on the show. I thought these 2 were popular enough not to be eliminated I thought more withdrawn members like Chaerin, Elly, Riina, Wooyeon and Soojin could be eliminated - this show made me discover some girls that I knew badly or not and of which I became a fan. Yeonhee, Zoa, Hwiseo and Jiwoo I will follow them with great attention. I'm also proud to see Dohwa come back on her feet she must have had a hard time after the bullying scandal that Jimin and AOA went through. I think she deserves another chance and that she would indeed have brought a lot in terms of experience. but for some reason I can't explain I don't see her in the final group at all.

2023-07-28 08:53:02 +0000 UTCthe top 7 is almost perfect quite close to the one I have from the beginning -Nana, Yeoreum, Jihan, Yeeun are my ultra favorite from the beginning and must absolutely be part of the final line up. - Kei is also in my top but if at the end Bora takes his place it suits me too or even if the 2 are part of the group it's ok -Yuki super happy to see her in the top I didn't expect it I thought more about Fye. -Hwiseo it was a possibility in my top but if it is replaced by Juri I would be so happy for Juri. - the current group is very well balanced vocal line Kei /Jihan /Hwiseo dance line Yeoreum /Nana rapline Yeeun /yuki potential leader Kei / Nana / Yeeun they're all visual .

Having watched GP999 and some of the produce series this was the fastest elimination ever at only about 40 minutes. So I appreciated that. Yuki going to B it was obviously going to be IDGA"F". With Bora and Kei I wasn't sure but I was leaning Puzzlin for Kei and I Do for Bora. When Jihan showed up it was 1000% I Do. I love how mnet made all the girls in B group walk down the stairs to the basement and then made them all go back up to where they started. Bobby could have just met them in the practice room. I've been loving the "Y" line and them all being in the same group again is my most anticipated of the semis! Since they only have 6 members now and I Do has 8 they'll get a member from the I Do team just like in GP99. Spoilers for GP999 (with Shana getting kicked out of Utopia and Youngeun and Kim Suyeon out of snake) I love how Dohwa has become Fye's personal translator. Glad they get to stick together for the next performance. With Puzzlin I would stick with Kei over Jiwon. Jiwon would be a better lead vocalist in my opinion. I loved how they told everyone that Puzzlin was written by Young K and when the producer Garden walked in they're like hey it's not Young K but here's his picture again to keep you interested :) With the I Do team I agree with Ryan as Jihan fits the song better. I would give Jihan the chorus but give Bora the ad-libs or the bridge. I find the Yeonhee Bora dynamic hilarious. They keep going from besties one minute to bitter rivals the next. Yeonhee couldn't wait to vote for someone else to be main vocal :) I'm sure the manufactured rivalry between Cherry Bullet and Rocket Punch is just for the drama but I still get a kick out of it. Top 7: I got 6 out of my personal top 7. I'd switch Jihan for Dohwa. I love Jihan but Dohwa is a great leader and doesn't have anything to go back to where Jihan can rejoin weeekly and their company can hopefully give them a comeback finally. If I could stop the show here and debut this top 7 right now I would. Now I'm just going to dread what happened in GP999 where many of my favorites who were in every single top9 didn't even get close to making it in the final. My girl Yuki!!!!!!! I was so happy for her! I've been voting for her every week but PK isn't very popular so I was almost as shocked as she was to see her make the interim top 7. I wanted her to make the final group but more than that I just wanted the general audience to appreciate her! I'm very proud of her as a Plory. I loved how they teased the reveal of it being a rapper who got in since everyone should know Yeeun is a huge favorite and then called Yuki's name. Her reaction was priceless. She's so cute and funny and such a goofball. Then Taeyeon announced Yeeun without a teaser because obviously Yeeun is in. The rest of the top 7 wasn't a surprise for me. The only question was Kei or Bora. I love them both but lately Bora has dropped to my 8th place. I'd be happy if both made it but I realistically only expect one of them to make it and again Kei is on her own and Bora has Cherry Bullet to return to for a few more years. Also Bora is too good for this group. Girl needs to be doing musicals or OSTs or something being in a girl group is just holding her back. Eliminations: I expected 3 out of the 5 contestants that were eliminated. Personally I would have eliminated 2 more people from the Puzzlin team and 0 from the IDGA"F" so when they announced the Puzzlin team to go up second I was starting to dread the IDGA"F" elimination. I'm glad Dohwa and Fye made it. I had heard rumors about Soeun and Sangah not being very popular so I guess it's not out of nowhere but I liked all of their performances so far. I knew you were a big fan of Sangah so I knew you weren't going to take it well. Maybe if Cube didn't suck and bench Lightsum she would have had a larger fanbase to start with. I expected a Weekly member to get cut since they sent 4 of them onto the show just by the odds, though Soeun was not who I expected. I guess that's what she gets for dumping Kei :) It also didn't help that in her intro performance they cut out the interesting half of it. I was loving this show in the first 6 episodes since they where like the unit round of every Queendom but every week instead of once. But now the Produce GP999 side of Mnet is coming out. I'm still traumatized over the final Kepler lineup. Now that I got 6 out of 7 including my dark horse Yuki in the interim top7 I'm very nervous. Especially with another 7 people getting eliminated in 2 weeks. I'm dreading that people will think people are safe and vote for someone else instead of keeping to their ideal lineup. Loved the reaction as always and you still manage to make elimination episodes enjoyable to rewatch!
