Slight retroactive change
Added 2025-07-01 00:38:07 +0000 UTCWith Royal Road starting to catch up with Patreon, I've been thinking on my early book 2 chapters and decided to change something slightly.
There were a lot of complaints from people around chapter 120 of how Dei left Taj and Emily alone/without exacting revenge immediately, so I've decided to add a bit more justification for that decision.
Now, I've made it so that in 120, a second Rule of Wrath is revealed when he comes to the decision to "let his grudge go" in order to better explain my reasoning for why Dei would do what he did.
Again, not to say he won't ever rescind that decision if he figures out a way around the Rule, but that's neither here nor there.
The middle section of 120 has a new paragraph, as well as the end of 121 having a few extra sentences to help give people more heads up that it's not the end of the confrontation between Dei and his former friend and his ex.
