I watched it and it was fantastic. It should be required viewing for anyone, especially those fans who are quick to criticize female Idols who seem "off" during performances. Most people understand that ANY Idol can have health or personal issues that can affect their performance, but too many see them as robots that should never be anything but perfect.

One thing that I haven't heard anyone talk about is that these are young, healthy, women. They have periods, and when they do, they have to go out there in those skimpy outfits and sing and dance and smile. It's another thing female idols have to deal with that the men don't.
