I'm not sure any K-Pop group could sign with a western label. There's a massive difference in what what western and K-Pop labels provide.

2023-01-01 16:37:00 +0000 UTCYeah YG put out a statement that the rumors of BP going to Black Label weren't true. Now if this was BBC then I'd say we are onto something here. But it's YG, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Like you, I wouldn't know how much that would impact things. Teddy (Black Label) already makes their songs, so... YG just released a video on YouTube unveiling their new girl group: BABY MONSTER. Although the concert was very nice, I do personally prefer smaller venues. You usually have better/closer view, lends itself better for interaction, and the sound is also better / more "direct" / less "roomy", don't know how to describe it. But if Twice were to come to my country I would definitely go to a stadium again :) On a sidenote, you already did a reaction to MAMA, but I was wondering if you were planning to react to any of the other end-of-year shows as well: AAA, MMA, SBS, KBS, (I'm not sure if there was a JTBC one as well) and today's MBC. So far I've seen: - MMA (was great iirc) - SBS (was good. Le Sserafim was great, and I liked the SKZ 24-25 song. Not that is was special/spectacular but it fit the Christmas vibe very well) - MBC (was a bit meh. I liked Mamamoo and the collab between Yuqi, Yena, Arin, Yoojeong, and......... Chuu!)

2022-12-31 07:21:45 +0000 UTCWhat have I told you about listening to the rumor mill? ;) My thought is that, if they were to leave YG, they wouldn't sign with a Korean label. They're under Interscope already - I think it might be a U.S. label. The VCR is the videos and stills that they show on the big screens at the concert venues while BP is changing, etc. It keep the crowd fired up and entertained.
