juyeon is the boyz’s main dancer and a perfectionist, and it’s heartbreaking to see how hard he took that small mistake. but actually if you see the behind the scenes for that performance, you’ll see why it was so hard. if you don’t know the boyz’s faces well, you wouldn’t have noticed, but if you look closely at the scene where the branches are blooming, theres actually only four or five members doing that scene even though it looks like all their members. that means basically, as soon as the camera passes a member, they have to run behind the camera, find their next branch on the ground, pick it up, and run back to the end of the line before the camera reaches it. juyeon was the first empty branch, and after the camera passed by him, he couldn’t find his next branch on the ground in time (the ground was covered in fog too) so he had to join the line with the empty branch. you can see this happening if you watch the fancam for this performance on youtube. i barely even noticed the mistake but he took it so hard :(

2022-07-24 22:18:29 +0000 UTCIt always gets me how emotional the idols get when they "finally" win their first round/trophy/anything. ONF here, Dreamcatcher in April... I mean even Blackpink, who were always destined for success, were in tears during their first music show win. There must be an enormous pressure on these people, which I (luckily) will never quite get. Reminds me of an anecdote about Peniel of BTOB, who is probably one of the most chill rappers I have ever seen. Before their debut a manager asked him, if he this debut is the most important thing in his live, if he really wants this debut more than anything. Peniel was like: "What? No?!? If this doesn't work, I'll just work a part time job..."
