Yay! Dreamcatcher Mind! For Time To Twice, you will probably be at it forever since they are still releasing that weekly (I'm assuming they get some weeks off between seasons).
I like the border.
So Yut. You throw 4 sticks in the air (usually they are quite a bit smaller than what they use here) and they will land on the mat either flat side up or flat side down. Depending upon how many lands a particular way, will determine how far you can go. Each move has a different name (Gul, Do, extra). If they are all on one side or another, you also get an additional move. With those moves, you can either move one of your pieces already on the board or add a new piece from the start. If one of your pieces lands on the other team's pieces, they get sent back. If you land on your own, they can travel together. Finally, if you land on one of the corners (or in the very middle), you can take the shortcut through the middle. Your goal is to get all of your pieces back to the start. I'm sure there is something I'm forgetting.
As far as I know, the yum yum part isn't part of the game. So just them adding extra fun. During their playing of the game, I heard both Lee Hyori and Twice music playing.
It has never been the most exciting game to watch in my experience.
All of these games seem to be pretty classic Korean games, and I have seen them on Running Man many times (with Yut being played the least), that also includes the chicken fight they randomly broke out into. Often the shoe-throwing game would be played trying to get closest to a line. I have also seen them try to get the shoes on a particular step on some stairs.
Ddakji (the slap game at the end) also became pretty famous from its appearance in Squid Games.
