It really means a lot to me and I'm ecstatic to have received your support thus far. I'd also again like to apologize for the lack of $1 content lately but between feeling rather sick and down about my style its been very hard to draw anything worth keeping. But the month is still young and I promise there will still be rad rewards!
Speaking of, I've been thinking. The 200 goal was to cover my current rent/helping out with stuff at home, but to be honest I don't have any long term goals currently. I was thinking of another milestone but I don't particularly know what reward could be added to it? I want to keep all livestreams and art tutorials I do for free, so if anyone has any other idea for what I could add if say I can reach like 300, please feel free to share!

Some people do timed releases where supporters get the videos/tutorials first and then they are released for free later, if you want to keep it free but want to encourage people to pledge. Or you could just have it that you won't make any until you hit a certain milestone where it would be financially viable for you to do so. And then just make them available for everyone either straight away or through timed releases mentioned above. Maybe have a look at how much time/expense you are putting into things. For other ideas... look at what you want to do yourself. Do you want to design characters for animation? Comics? Games? Do you want to make those things? Do you only enjoy illustrating? What kinds of things do you need to do to get where you want? What kinds of things have you done to get where you are now? Even if you feel down or are hard on yourself you have come a long way. Art is really interesting in the sense that you are best doing it with yourself as the audience in mind. The people your work will attract will always have some similar tastes to you after all. What would you have liked to have known when you were starting out? What do you wish your idols had said or done? Sorry for the long comment ._.;;

2015-11-19 06:00:49 +0000 UTCI know some artists do a giveaway each month and draw something simple like a chibi or a sketch for the winner. Sadly, I can't really think of anything else that hasn't already been said on here. Congrats on meeting your goal! :D

2015-11-13 00:31:11 +0000 UTCMaybe set up a new goal to save up for a new computer/tablet? I know some artists do private request streams and/or have access to private game servers for Minecraft/Terraria/etc for their higher tiered patrons.
