Tks, I figured. No, can't use add-on to browser Firefox on my phone, forces me to the app (whether installed or not). But, I was thinking about this last night after I wrote, and I DO use the app constantly, always alongside the YT app, to control my TV, and really appreciate it. I have too many subs to use YT's sub list or, gods, my TV's version! So it does help, just not as many features as the browser version. Hopefully someday YT will loosen their grip on the API!

2022-12-12 01:26:53 +0000 UTCYes, unfortunately, the mobile version has many limitations by youtube, I can't get duration, watched status, add to playlist etc. I'm looking for a workaround, but it seems impossible to overcome. Yes, maybe Firefox on your TV will be working, but I've not tested it. I think some users use the desktop version on the phone, using Firefox for Android maybe it's an option.

2022-12-11 13:58:35 +0000 UTCI wish the phone app had these features, I really, really miss this great add-on since getting my TV and no longer watching on desktop, and use only my phone to control TV, thus PT app. Oh well, I DO use it and it helps to quickly see my subs, and it takes me to sub page on YT app, but that's it. I just feel jealous on update day. :) Related to the above request, the phone app uses stale data for a while (not updating the YT database, and thus reloads it again and again), so being able to click once to get rid of all new content indicators in the app (Android) would really help enormously, for now! Oh wait, I think it will overwrite it with the stale YT data...nvm. I do need to see if I can run Firefox on my TV and thus the PT add-on, which would probably give me more desktop like features (forced to run the PT app on phone browser YT on Firefox). Will check it out. Tks! You are probably limited in write permissions to YT on the phone app?

2022-12-09 19:55:51 +0000 UTCI just came across Pocket Tube a few days ago and wanted to say thank you so much. It makes so many things easier for me. Love it! <3 Is there a way to mark all videos in a abo group as watched at once? I just created the groups and it would be nice if I could reset that somehow.
