I have asked you so many times on Twitter to fix the Android app I did everything you told me I kept thinking perhaps my phone was the reason it would never work I just got a new Samsung phone and it's the same story nothing will load it will only show the groups but nothing will populate why won't this work I've been paying you monthly for many months now and I've never ever gotten the damn app to work on my phone I'm at wit's end I don't know what to do I don't know why you're not going to even try to fix this other than very general potential fixes do you have a write-up on all the possible fixes this is driving me crazy so sick of going on to my computer to access what I pay for and should be able to see on my damn phone

Thank you for taking the time to share this with me! I'll think about how to do it. I'm not sure it is possible to implement.

Hi, Blakey Sorry to hear that. It is strange. The extension has no way to clear all data. They save in Chrome storage and are not linked to Patreon. Maybe did you clean it? Send me to please your export file(Click on the extension icon -> open backup tab -> export and save the file and send to me on hello@yousub.info). I'll try to research the file. Maybe I'll your data exist in the file. We have several independent approaches for backup data: 1. You can use the manual backup to file and import it from it. Click on the extension icon -> open backup tab -> export and save the file and import if need. 2. You can use Google drive. Click on the extension icon -> open backup tab -> Sync data with Google Drive after click enable and sign in all data will be saved to the Google Drive application folder [developers.google.com/drive/android/appfolder#what_is_the_app_folder ] You can choose some approach to what you prefer. 3. Backup to bookmarks. Click on the extension icon -> open backup tab -> export and enable ‘Export to your bookmarks’.

so, just jumped on youtube and all my saved groups have vanished? I had to relog into Patreon and everything I had saved to groups has now gone?

Hi, Jeff Thank you for supporting me! Do you have different groups in different browsers and you make export in one and import the file to another? In this case, PocketTube rewrites the groups' list like in the export file. You don't lose subscriptions but can lose groups. You have two ways: 1. Saving different backup files for any browser. 2. Have the same groups for any browser. PocketTube allows adding the channel to the group without a subscription. Please let me know if you have any more questions or need a hand with anything.

I am loving the versatility of this package. I have given up watching commercial TV here in Autralia and we use YT as our main entertainment form now. having the ability to put my subscriptions into folders is like having channels to select from to choose my nights viewing. It suits my moods much more and I can always be in the right place at the right time now. I do have a queastion relatining to backups though? I use three different browsers, Firefox, Chrome and Brave. Being a Patreon on my Firefox account and the others are linked as famiy premium accounts under different account names, I tend to find something and I add it to them. If I back up from one and send it to the other do I lose all my subscriptions in each of the other browsers?
