Early Access 0.1586.1: Sayori Alter Additions & CG Fixes

Heya, cakes! I hope you've all had a good Christmas!

Thanks to the holidays and some personal issues I've been having lately this is going to be another update with little new content ^^; There's been a little progress made with the ongoing Sayori Alter storyline, but no big developments there I'm afraid. Sorry to anyone who's been anxious to read more on it!

Elsewhere the new CG of Nozomi that I teased the other day is now in her Trance storyline, and I got my artist to fix a number of inconsistencies with several old pieces of art where the shading was the wrong and, most glaringly, a scene in Hiroko's Gullible storyline where the characters were showing in the opposite places from where they were intended. I also made a bit of progress adding the new sprite expressions for Kyou, Nozomi and Hiroko in some routes, and tidied up some dialogue here and there. So, plenty of little improvements to the game's overall quality that would've needed doing sooner or later.

So what next? If I'm still struggling over Sayori's new storyline I may switch things up and try writing something else (still so many others to finish even after all this time!). I'm going into 2023 determined to keep writing and making Penlight the best it can be!

UPDATE: New version 0.1586.1 brings the Spanish translation up to date. No other changes.
