Hi, cakes!
This next CG is a direct continuation from the last one I talked about. It covers the part where Nozomi, having just come off of her latest exposure to the penlight, is surprised by Atsuko in her room.
Nozomi's mother is a little curious about what she and Kyou are up to, but when her daughter is unable to answer even her most basic questions Atsuko can't help but worry something is seriously wrong. With the situation threatening to escalate Kyou can only think of one solution: Put Nozomi into trance again to show this is just an act they're doing for the culture festival...
So Kyou has Nozomi sit on the bed, with her anxious mother looking on. Kyou knows better than to reveal the penlight to Atsuko at this time, but he's semi-confident that he can entrance Nozomi witout it. He takes her hand and asks her to look into his eyes. Nozomi, embarrassed and confused, is helpless to do anything but follow along...
With a sudden tug of her arm and a sharply-spoken "sleep!", he drops Nozomi back into trance to Atsuko's surprise. Kyou hides his relief as Nozomi goes down, having just demonstrated what's going on with her in a very showmanlike way; like this really was just an act they're rehearsing!
Anyway with Nozomi back in trance, Kyou quickly reverses the troublesome influences he put in her head before waking her back up. Now in her right mind, Nozomi's able to answer Atsuko's questions to her satisfaction and she laughs, relieved. Nozomi's less than amused by the situation, but at least the immediate crisis has been averted thanks to Kyou's quick-thinking...
It's nice to get this new storyline illustrated as I get it scripted, and I'm sure some folks will be happy about Atsuko making her first appearance in a CG~ We'll be seeing this one finished along with the others in the early access release that I'm aiming to get out by this coming Thursday. See you then!
