Hiya, cakes!
There's time for one more CG preview before we leave June behind~ This one takes us back to Sayori's very first dedicated story path, where Kyou uses the penlight to give her an alternate personality. In the first writing of this popular story, Kyou responsibly decides to switch Sayori back to normal and finds her shocked at how effectively he was able to manage such an extraordinary and frankly terrifying feat.
Kyou has trouble believing Sayori when she says he was effectively controlling her mind so she sets out to prove it to him. But how? Sayori regrettably can only think of one way: Roping in a second subject and monitoring their reactions to Kyou's penlight. It's far from ideal, but this is important, and Sayori knows just who to call upon for help.
I have to say, it kinda sucks that what is essentially the good, moral route through this storyline rewards the player with so little in the way of dedicated artwork compared to... well, the other one. I guess that's just the way it is sometimes, but at least this new CG goes a small way to address the issue!
Anyway we'll be seeing this in the first early access release of July, in about a week's time :)

Oh man I hope this means the consideration of the other options in this route. Like with Nozomi or the other branching paths. Excited to see this one. π
