For this next CG, I had the idea to visualize one of the later scenes in the Robot path. It's the part where Hiroko, having been made to think of herself as Kyou's programmable robot, is being remote-controlled into surprising her best friend with the same fate.
In this scene, the point of view switches between the classroom, where Nozomi's being entranced by Hiroko wielding the penlight and parroting Kyou's instructions, to the bedroom where Kyou himself is hiding as he talks into his phone. He can see what's going on via a camera clipped around Hiroko's neck that's transmitting footage to him, giving a clear view of a terrified Nozomi as she's being talked into trance by her robotized friend.
The viewpoint switches back to the classroom as Hiroko continues her dictated induction, and before too long Nozomi's dropping into trance in spite of herself. Back in his bedroom, Kyou sees Nozomi's helplessness all too well, and commands his robot to hold her steady before delivering the final words to complete her descent into trance. Hiroko mindlessly complies, to Kyou's satisfaction.
So what I like about this one, besides showcasing Kyou's villainous creativity, is that I can easily see this being reused for other scenes. I can think of a couple places, in both scenes written and unwritten, where it might be neat to show Kyou looking down at his phone like this. So we may see variations of this CG show up in future~
In any case, this CG as it is will be completed in time for the next early access update, so look out for it then!
