Early Access Release 0.1516 - Nozomi Rewrite Continuation (Part 5 D:)

Okay, for one reason or another (pandemic-related depression, writer's block, burnout, take your pick) it just hasn't happened this past fortnight. Not for want of trying, but yes, the words haven't exactly flowed recently.
While banging my head against the wall trying to get Nozomi's rewrite done, I figured I'd go back to basics and run through the entire story front to back again. The result of that has been a bunch of edits to the script running from the beginning all the way through to where I've left off on Nozomi's new path. I don't reckon it's worth starting over to read it, but it's there.
Beyond that, I've attempted to outline the rest of day 11 of the new path, including the options Kyou can take and the possible outcomes for them all. It's some progress from last time, but yeah it's way way short of what I'd hoped to get done.
For the next update... I'm not sure. I may need to step back a bit and recharge mentally. Maybe work on another part of the story before jumping back into this. One thing I do know is that, with the amazing support from all you cakes, there is going to be a ton of new art coming over the next few weeks!

Contriving a scenario like that within the confines of Penlight's story seems like it would be tough ^^; Certainly with that specific duo (who else would be doing the hypnotizing but one of those two?). Anyway, I reckon it's mostly Nozomi's rewrite in itself that's giving me the creative headaches. It's not like her originally written route was an easy one to conceive either, so I'm hoping to be able to pick up that pace and get a lot more done once I finish one full path through her storyline and I can excuse myself to focus on other parts for a while.

I don’t know if you’re taking this sort of creative feedback right now, nor if this would help with the writer’s block you’ve been having or if there would even be a place for it in the story, but I figured I’d shoot it out there anyway and see what you thought. What if there was a scene where Kyou and Nozomi (or one of the other girls, or hell, maybe even more than just one of them) went under hypnosis at the same time? Again, don’t know if this would work anywhere, but I think the idea of “sharing” a trance might be rather compelling?
