To easily explain gojo's abilties ill explain in naruto terms. Essentially gojo has a mangekyo sharingan (which is the six eyes technique) and it allows him to analyze stuff and see cursed energy and other stuff. His red is essentially almighty push but he can use it in a form of a projectile. Blue is basically Pain's pull ability but he instead of pulling stuff to the user gojo can pull stuff toa blue orb/projectile
