A Behind-the-Scenes Look!

Hey everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to address something that’s been frustrating me lately. Someone on DeviantArt accused my Farah Karim artwork of being AI-generated. Despite the fact that I’ve shared WIPs before, some people refuse to do their research and would rather throw baseless accusations than take the time to understand my process.

For those who truly follow my work, you already know that my art is a blend of 2D painting, photo manipulation, and 3D rendering, a technique that takes even more effort and time than straightforward 3D rendering. I don't see many artists blending these methods as I do, but unfortunately, we’re in an era where even traditional 2D artists are being accused of using AI.

I’ve had to prove myself before last year, with my "Lady" render, I recorded my process, layering details, painting hair, refining skin, enhancing eyes, all to show the effort that goes into my work.

I’ve also shared free resources in my Discord server, like brushes and stock images, including the stock image of eyes I used for Tifa’s artwork as you see in the screenshot here.

What really stings is when people act like I’m just pressing a button and letting AI do the work. My art takes days, sometimes longer, while balancing life’s struggles. If I were just using AI, I’d be pumping out art daily, gaining followers faster, and growing effortlessly. But that’s not the case, I pour real effort into every piece.

To my amazing Patrons, I appreciate you all for supporting my craft. Since Patreon doesn't allow 18+ creators to upload videos, I’ve uploaded a behind-the-scenes video in GIF format showcasing my Farah Karim artwork as well as my recent Lucia artwork, I will post the video on my discord server and later on more behind-the-scenes footage to show that my work is handcrafted, not AI-generated. I hate that AI has been weaponized to discredit real artists, it’s discouraging, and it’s working. But I won’t let it stop me.

If you’ve ever doubted that my art is AI, I hope this post and my upcoming WIPs clear things up. And to those who truly appreciate the work I do, you’re the reason I keep pushing forward.
