Hidden Desires Ch 1.1
Added 2024-08-27 23:45:27 +0000 UTCSometimes your fantasies can become a changing point in your life. Scenarios and situations that were buried so deep they start bubbling to the surface. Building up steam until they explode akin to a volcanic eruption. Then when it’s all said and done you're not sure if they should always have stayed buried. However you know they could never have stayed as your hidden desires….
It all started on a typical summer day in July. Thomas had just finished his second year of college. He was back in his hometown in the suburbs of the Tampa area for the summer. He didn’t need to travel far for college, getting accepted into his dream college at the University of Miami.
Being raised in Florida his whole life he was a Floridan through and through, playing sports, learning how to surf at a young age, also even having a talent for instruments being able to play multiple, before the age of 18.
He started his morning like any other, taking a jog on the oceanfront. Hearing the waves crashing and watching the sun rise, always had a calming and soothing effect on his mind and body.
However his current thoughts were anything but. He went to college to pursue a degree in technology. With the current ways of the world he knew the world of computers was growing. Besides having an interest in them, his parents both in the field left their immediate family in Michigan for a better life in Florida. He wanted the same for his future family and that’s where his desires and passion grew for his path in life.
However, as great as college was currently going he had just entered his early 20s and the environment in college with all the partying and hookup culture, he wasn’t even close to finding the love of his life.
He kept telling himself that he was young; this was the time in his life that he should be enjoying and living it to the fullest. But Thomas was never one for hookup culture. He wanted to meet someone to grow with. Explore life, and he didn’t see anything in sight that showed him he was on that path.
Thomas knew he wasn’t unattractive, anything but. Standing at 6’3, an athletic body, and light brown hair with hazel eyes, he made plenty of women blush or show interest.
Unfortunately none of them ever clicked or gave him that spark that they were the one before fizzling out like the dying embers of a flame.
Little did Thomas know his life was about to change…

Tom always woke up early in the morning and drove to the boardwalk in Clearwater. There he would start his run and continue until he ended up at his gym which was located right next to the water.
The morning was like any other, Tom got to the gym and said his hellos to the people at the front desk, one which was a girl who always blushed at the sight of him. Grabbing the complementary water they offered he made his way to the locker to freshen up and start his workouts. Today was chest day and it always gave him a sense of satisfaction getting a good workout in.
Tom got to the smith machine, glad that he started morning workouts at a young age not ever having to worry about a crowded gym and waiting for certain machines.
Tom stood near his machine and began some light stretches. It was at this time a green and orange shirt caught his eye at the machine a couple feet away. Usually Tom has tunnel vision when working out but he couldn’t help notice his college colors.
It was at this moment that he saw her.
Dark brown hair that almost looked black. Beautiful light brown eyes that looked amazing with her dark hair and tan skin. Lips so full and seemingly so soft. However it didn’t stop there. She was currently doing RDLs with dumbbells bending over totally focused on perfecting her form.
Her perfect bubble but that was obviously worked after hours and hours in the gym. Her tone, firm thighs and legs showing off after every rep. She seemed taller than most women, standing at 5’8 or 5’9 which did nothing but accentuate her long sexy legs that she obviously focused heavily on. He could just tell she was an athlete of some sort.
After the last set she dropped the dumbbells and found her water and took a swig. Her body covered in sweat showing she didn’t take the gym lightly.
Tom stood there seemingly in a trance. He’s never seen a more beautiful woman in his life. She was perfection top to bottom. Face, body, everything.
“Who was this goddess?” Tom thought to himself.
He’s been coming here for years even before college, and even more shocking she was wearing a Miami U shirt that clinched to her body. Was this fate dropping her in his life.
Tom had a few golden rules in his life and one was pretty high on his list. Never and I mean never hit on someone at the gym.
Tom caught himself staring which the mystery girl eventually caught and glanced his way. She gave a little smile and turned back towards her equipment.
Tom almost walked over immediately but his legs held firm. Eventually he chickened out and tried to focus on his workout and for the next 45 minutes continuously glanced in her direction.
This might’ve been his worst workout ever. His mind was a mess. Tom has met multiple women over his life but this was something different. He knew this was something he had to take a chance on.
Right on cue he began to see her rack up her weights and wipe down her machine.
It was fight or flight at this moment.
“Fucking do it or you will regret it for the rest of your life.” Tom screamed in his mind.
Tom walked over with a mixture of nervousness and anxiety. No one was has ever made him feel this way.
As Tom approached she of course noticed a tall and attractive looking man heading her way.
Right as she turned towards him.
Tom spoke, “Hi, um how’s it goin? My name is Thomas, but everyone calls me Tom.” As he spoke he awkwardly extended his hand, unsure why.
The mysterious girl looked back at him and grew the sweetest smile and spoke with an angelic soothing voice.
“Hi, Tom, my name is Isabella, everyone calls me Bella.” As she grabbed his hand and gave it a light shake.
It was at this moment any nervousness, anxiety, worry that Tom had just melted away. Her energy just washed it all off him and they just stood there smiling at each other as they held each other's hands.
For some reason, Tom knew that his life would never be the same.

5 years have passed since that fateful gym encounter.
Tom and Bella have been together since.
Tom was right that it was fate. Bella did go to the gym but it was at a partner gym that opened later in the day. For whatever reason she was up earlier than usual and decided to go to the same gym as Tom went and that was her first time ever going there.
Also as fate would have it Bella did actually go to the university of Miami, but with it being so big it wasn’t odd that they didn’t know each other or ever run into each other.
Tom’s guess was also right about her being an athlete, she had done track and volleyball her whole life but also was on the volleyball team which she got a scholarship for.
Isabella was half Brazilian and Colombian, and she had the best features from both races, so much so that during the time in college she got multiple model offers and was even on the cover for sports illustrated when the volleyball team made it to the national championship.
From their first encounter, Tom and Bella were inseparable. Tom was absolutely in love with her and her with him. Not only was Bella the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen in his life, but even more so was her personality. She was kind, non judgmental, smart, funny, the whole package.
Bella also thought the same of Tom, from their first conversation she saw a tall, confident, attractive man which perked her curiosity but it was Toms traits that made her fall in love with him quickly.
From their first date, where brought her flowers, introduced himself to her parents, was a great listener and all the traits she looked for in a man, kind, funny, and most of all trustworthy.
As they dated the whole summer, both Tom and Bella were worried about how their relationship would evolve during college. Would they begin to drift apart?
However none of that ever came to fruition. Tom's friends loved Bella and Bella’s friends loved Tom. They began going out in groups and enjoying the college experience. Never having a single doubt about each other. Why? Because of their trust and openness with each other.
If there was something they ever needed to talk about they didn’t hold back. They both listened to each other's thoughts and cared how the other felt. This turned their new budding relationship into something deeper and stronger.
Tom was 21 entering his junior year of college and Bella was 20 entering her sophomore year.
For Tom’s last two years of college, it was a dream and one he looked back on fondly. Pursuing his career in technology and having the love of his life along the way was nothing less than heavenly.
Besides small hiccups and arguments, Tom and Bella were stronger than ever, by the time they finished college, besides one small instance when a guy he had problems with groped Bella at a party one time.
He remembered seeing nothing but red. He would’ve beat him an inch of his life with his stupid cocky grin if he wasn’t held back by a multitude of his friends. He hated himself for that moment because he was heartbroken seeing the look of fear on Bella’s face seeing him act so unlike himself. Which he swore he would never let happen again.
It also helped that Bella kicked the guy in the balls and slapped his face which drew ridicule from everyone at the party.
He should’ve known better that Bella could take care of herself when dealing with assholes like that who were so beneath them.
What didn’t help was that from time to time he would remember that image of that asshole's sleazy hand traveling down her back before resting on her perfectly shaped ass.
What Tom didn’t realize was that this small scenario would slowly shape into something so taboo and wrong, and would be a runaway train that neither he and Bella could stop.
So besides that small instance, everything was great in Tom’s and Bella’s life.
Now that 5 years have passed, Tom was 26 and Bella 25.
Tom used his degree in technology to get hired at a amazing company that was remote and made 6 figures comfortably.
Bella was no slouch either, with her degree in marketing she got her real estate license and eventually opened up her own brokerage.
While she entertained her few model offers, her dream was always to build her own business and be her own boss.
Together they owned a few properties already by their mid twenties using both of their incomes to slowly purchase place by place . Tom supported her the whole way. They lived in a modest house and could easily afford something nicer but they were committed to growing Bella’s brokerage firm and their own portfolio.
They wanted kids also, and the last thing either of them wanted was to be struggling while raising children so they both decided to wait until their late twenties, giving them time to chase their dreams and be mentally ready.

It was a Friday in early May.
However it wasn’t any Friday.
Tom was busy running around like a chicken with his head cut off. It was 5 years ago today that he and Bella met.
He knew at that moment he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her and today was the day he would finally ask her to be his wife.
Tom had a beautiful sunset dinner planned by the pier right on the beach. He would constantly check the weather regardless that the forecast was clear skies for the last week.
He packed a picnic basket with their favorite food, that he pre made himself with of course some high end wine.
Bella was currently getting ready and thought it was nothing more than a romantic date idea since their anniversary of when they technically started dating was still a month away. As Tom waits downstairs in the living room, he couldn’t stop fiddling with the box in his pocket that held his love and commitment for Isabella.
Finally she came down the stairs wearing a beautiful yellow sundress and adorable hat that both emphasized her beautiful tan skin.
“Wow.” Tom said just as starstruck as the first day he met her.
Bella walked up to him and gave him a small twirl,”You like?”
“Nope,” Tom said with a big grin, “I love.”
Bella giggled and gave him a kiss on the lips.
“Then you're gonna love what I have underneath even more.” Bella said, dragging a stunned Tom out the door.
As they got to the beach, Bella started to take pictures of the approaching sunset. While Tom laid out their picnic blanket on the warm sand.
“Tom! That was the gym where we met!” Bella exclaimed pointed at a building not far from where they were setting up their spot.
Tom smiled, “Well would you look at that. What a coincidence…”
Bella looked at him in confusion thinking since he picked this spot that it wasn’t a mere coincidence.
They were both still avid gym goers however after moving more inland to the suburbs of Tampa they haven’t been to this specific gym since their college days.
Eventually, Bella joined him and together they ate, as they talked about their day and week.
Something that made their relationship so strong was that ever since they started dating almost every Friday they would have a date night, helping their communication and bond grow more and more as the years passed.
As they finished dinner Tom began pouring them each a glass of wine. They snuggled together and watched the sunset ever get to its climax. A horizon of pure beauty and bliss.
Tom cleared his throat.
“Isabella?”
“Hmm? Yes?” Bella took her head off his shoulder and looked into his eyes.
“5 years ago, today, we met not far from here. I still remember it as if it was yesterday….” Tom began.
Bella’s eyes grew as realizing this fact, even more so with their old gym in the distance not far from their view, everything clicking into place.
“…the moment I saw you I knew my life would never be the same.” Tom continued as he stood up bringing Bella up with him.
Bella’s heart was in her throat knowing what could be happening but didn’t want to ruin the moment and just cleared all her thoughts and lived in the moment. Especially so after Tom’s next move.
Tom reached in his pocket and took out a black box then dropped down to one knee and looked up at the love of his life.
“You’ve made me a better man. You're my best friend. You're the light of my world. I can’t think of anyone else I’d want to spend the rest of my life with.” Tom opened the diamond box and presented it to his world.
“Isabella. Will you marry me?”
Bella, who had tears streaming down her face, with her hand covering her mouth, could do nothing but nod quickly while drawing all the strength of her body to muster the strongest “Yes!” of her life.
Tom felt nothing but happiness sliding the ring on her finger before picking Bella up and spinning her around as he gave her a kiss of a lifetime. Tom even picked her up and ran towards the water and they both fell in together.
Laughing and splashing each other.
It was as if they were the only ones that existed in the world.
It wasn’t after a long moment that Bella heard shuttering around her and found a man with a camera taking all sorts of pictures of her and Tom.
Her eyes even grew wider seeing Tom's parents and her own parents with her younger sister walking towards them with flowers and gifts with smiles almost as big as theirs.
Tom smiled seeing that everything went exactly as planned and he couldn’t have wanted it any different.
As everyone congratulated Bella, Tom walked over to the photographer and shook his hand for his help and services. Then the photographer continued to take pictures of everyone.
As Tom glanced at Bella he saw her glancing over at him, face blushing red. Tom was unsure why and thought she was just bursting with excitement.
So just as he turned around again and looked back, he saw the photographer with a hard on staring hard at Bella as he continued to take one too many pictures.
It wasn’t at this moment that he realized that after falling into the water, Bella’s dress held tightly against her body, not hiding anything to imagination.
However, he didn’t see red like he did a few years ago in college. He knew he should’ve told the photographer that was enough, but the thought of this now seemingly sleazeball taking advantage of the situation left Tom in a daze.
It made Tom’s stomach flip upside down in jealousy that someone was taking advantage of his now fiancee right after his proposal.
What Tom didn’t realize after cementing his and Bella’s commitment to each other, the jealousy and anger most guys would feel in a situation like this somehow transformed into a hidden desire that he didn’t know existed…..

Hmmmm, he seemed to have been focused a bit too long on the photographers hard on or is that my sordid imagination, thanks darling, can’t wait to get back to David and Amber, a titillating twist to that story!
