Drogon is just the 'big' brother because he's the fiercest and largest of the 3, especially now that he retains his freedom while the others are kept indoors, in the dark, as that seems to inhibit a dragon's growth to some extent, which may have contributed to their prior extinction. A lot of Arya's apprenticeship was changed in the show, mostly because "Jaqen" was definitely not present at the time and had already discarded that identity anyway, but the show runners wanted a familiar face to be there for her training. There are some hints that he's still doing whatever he was hired to do in Westeros, at the Citadel (where Maesters are trained). Sansa returning to the North in any capacity, especially to marry Ramsay, is also TV show-only (for now, who knows what's gonna happen in the future). Instead, her childhood friend is forced to marry Ramsay while the Boltons claim she is "Arya Stark" to consolidate their rule. Mance Rayder is still alive in the books, in case no one has mentioned that before. In his place, the Lord of Bones was burned while glamoured to look like Mance (Melisandre's doing). It's made very clear in the books that, unlike in the show, anyone who rules as king at any time (and their children) has what Mel calls "king's blood", and a ritualistic sacrifice of any of them would invoke great power. And she very much likes to have a "stock" of potential candidates to use. Mance himself has very useful infiltration skills that are put to good use for Jon's sake, while Mance's child (who, like his wife, does not exist in the show) is secretly sent away with Gilly by Jon to keep it out of Melisandre's reach.
