That girl Ramsey was hunting down was one of the girls he used to torture Theon by getting him aroused before chopping off his manhood; the brunette, who is with him is a jealous and vainful woman who wants Ramsey all to herself. That and Ramsey is just a psycho killer. In the books, Tyrion has Illyn Payne train Jaime for discreetness since Payne has no tongue aka he cannot speak. However, the actor who played Illyn Payne in the show ended up with cancer, so he was cut from the show ergo they had Bronn fill the role. This is never brought up in the show but Joffrey likes the name Widow's Wail as it reminds him of what he heard Catelyn Stark did before she died aka she screamed aloud as she cut Walder's wife's throat before her own was cut. It's loosely hinted at when he said it'll remind him of when Robb's head was cut off after he sheathed it. My heart broke for both Shae and Tyrion. Tyrion hated himself for what he said to her, but he had to say those things to push her away. He'd of course rather she hate him and be alive than love him and be dead. :(
