I could definitely see Buggy ending up as the Pirate King, and honestly? Behind Luffy he really is the 2nd most deserving character on the sole basis of how much life keeps fucking him over every time he tries to do well for himself lmao. He constantly ends up getting screwed over with what he wants to do, but falls upwards of where he was, which lands him in even more shit, so i could definitely see him failing to get the One Piece but ending up being declared as the Pirate King because Luffy would probably relinquish the title if he decided it wasn't worth holding onto it, or if he just didn't get to grab it at all

I wouldn't be surprised if Buggy's dumb luck somehow lands him public credit as the Pirate King. Buggy fell into the position of a Warlord of the Sea then into his spot as an Emperor. Oda only has 1 more place for Buggy to fall up into. Once Buggy became an Emperor honestly anything was on the table.

Dragon and Sabo are waging war with Five Elders and The Celestial Dragons This is like a Tournament bracket where we slowly reaching the top bracket and people are going to be knocked out one after the other. My prediction of the final 3 will be Buggy, Luffy, and Koby. We started One Piece with these 3 characters and the show will likely end with these 3 guys victorious.
